If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or through our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value chandeliers and delicate fixtures.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our Kensington warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
